Learner driver insurance is temporary car insurance for learner drivers, irrespective of whether you are learning with RED, which allows you to get some practice sessions in your own car, or in a friend’s or relative’s car. It covers you as a provisional driving licence holder to drive in the short term whilst being properly supervised.
The DVSA states that, on average, it takes 45 hours of professional instruction and 22 hours of private practice to learn to drive. RED’s Learner insurance is a great way to gain those extra recommended hours.
Learning to drive and passing your test is made easier with RED Driving School. As one of the UK’s largest driving schools we will be with you every step of the way. The course covers a wide range of driving situations and is tailored to your specific needs.
